Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of PinShrike, a scheduling and publishing tool for Pinterest. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

PinShrike provides tools to organize, validate, pace, and schedule Pinterest content. You are responsible for reviewing queued content and ensuring that your use complies with Pinterest's terms, policies, and developer requirements.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use PinShrike lawfully and respectfully. You must not:

  • Publish spam, deceptive content, malware, or content that infringes another person's rights.
  • Use the service to send repetitive, low-quality, or substantially duplicative content in a way intended to manipulate distribution.
  • Use automated scraping, crawling, or extraction to copy Pinterest or PinShrike data, or probe, overload, or disrupt our systems.
  • Attempt to bypass rate limits, access controls, or Pinterest permission boundaries.
  • Upload content you do not have the right to publish or connect an account you are not authorized to control.

3. Your content and account

You retain ownership of the content you provide. You grant PinShrike a limited license to process and transmit that content only as needed to provide the service you request. Keep your account credentials secure and notify us promptly of unauthorized access.

4. Pinterest relationship

PinShrike is an independent tool and is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Pinterest. Pinterest features and API access may change, and those changes can affect publishing availability.

5. Availability and termination

We may modify, suspend, or terminate access to protect the service, comply with law, or address misuse. You may stop using PinShrike at any time. To contact us about an account or these Terms, email support@pinshrike.com.

6. Disclaimer

PinShrike is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.
